Application Tips
To make a dramatic eye, apply mascara only to the upper lashes. To make eyes seem wider, apply mascara to the bottom, too. Not great at getting those bottom lashes? Apply powder or try putting a tissue under them before applying mascara. Remember: Don't pump your mascara, as it will only cause your mascara to dry out.
